Welcome to HiveFlow. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, website, and services operated by Rohage AI. By accessing or using HiveFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HiveFlow in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms, and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Description of Service

HiveFlow is an AI-powered business card scanning and contact management platform designed for professionals. Our services include:

AI-powered business card scanning and data extraction
Contact management and CRM functionality
AI-generated email and text message drafts via Worker Bee
Team collaboration features (Hive Mind plan)
API access for integration with third-party tools

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hiveflo.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

HiveFlow offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Starter Plan: $7.00/month
Pro Plan: $15.00/month
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HiveFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Upload or scan cards without authorization from the individual
Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
Use the service to store or transmit malicious code

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all contacts and data you upload to HiveFlow. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the services. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-Generated Content

Worker Bee AI generates email and text drafts to assist you. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before sending it. HiveFlow is not liable for the accuracy, tone, or outcomes of AI-generated communications.

8. Intellectual Property

HiveFlow, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by Rohage AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without express written permission. Your content remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rohage AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of HiveFlow, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of HiveFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
